sexism

Seksismo Fresko

A collaborative three-hour workshop to understand the mechanisms of sexism, share experiences and identify practical opportunities for individual and collective action toward greater gender equality in everyday life.

Sexism Fresk explores the mechanisms that sustain gender inequalities in everyday life and within organizations. Participants examine concrete situations, compare experiences and gain perspective through concepts and evidence drawn from rigorous sources. The workshop provides space for expression and attentive listening, supported by a facilitator who guides the discussion. Working in small groups helps participants recognize different manifestations of sexism and consider their own opportunities for action. The process concludes by exploring individual and collective pathways toward greater equality. It connects shared understanding with practical questions that participants can continue to examine after the workshop.

It expands Ecogames’ workshop mix toward social issues while keeping the same collaborative pedagogy.

  • This workshop is developed by its own association. Ecogames helps organize it, include it in public events, and connect venues with trained facilitators.
  • Ecogames distributes more than half of registration fees back to the workshops' supporting associations, funding their deployment, evolution, and updates.
