Climate Fresk
A collaborative three-hour workshop to understand the causes and consequences of climate change, connect the issues and open a shared discussion about possibilities for individual and collective action.
Climate Fresk helps participants understand climate change by building a shared picture of its causes and consequences. Working in small groups, participants handle cards, discuss connections and compare their perspectives with support from a workshop facilitator. The format makes climate mechanisms accessible without requiring prior knowledge. Participants then have time to share their reactions and reflect on possibilities for action. The workshop creates common ground for continuing the conversation, whether in everyday life or within an organization. Its value lies in learning together and connecting scientific understanding with the questions people bring to the table.
It is often the clearest first step in a public program because it creates shared foundations quickly.
- This workshop is developed by its own association. Ecogames helps organize it, include it in public events, and connect venues with trained facilitators.
- Ecogames distributes more than half of registration fees back to the workshops' supporting associations, funding their deployment, evolution, and updates.
